All, following the CAPS board meeting on 26th Sept it was agreed that for this season the opportunity to Pike Fishing at Brakes long will be available for all members. This decision has been taken after 2 seasons of observing the pike fishing when access was limited. As always the club is keen to strike the right balance between fish welfare/ water safety, whilst enabling as much access as possible to our waters for members.
If you are thinking of emabarking on a winter pike fishing campaign I would bring to your attention the pike rules which were reviewed and tightened up and which apply to all our still waters. These can be found on page 15 of your handbook, a copy of the handbook can also be found on the website.
