discharge pipes at Layer

As part of the ongoing construction works for the enlargement of Abberton Reservoir, two discharge pipes from the burrow pit that is being dug behind the Cottages Bank will shortly be installed. These will be coming down the embankment on the Cottages Bank and going out into the water and water will be discharged into Layer Pit. These pipes are likely to be installed for approximately 12 months. Please do not intefere with the pipes and if you have any concerns or questions, please contact the Fisheries Officer
