CAPS new web site

We would like to thank the team at 2Dmedia and Kevin Martin for all their help with the development and launch of the new CAPS web site. We have tried to make the site easy to use, with plenty of information and members photo.

Due to the need to get the new site up and running before the old sites hosting ended we have launched before all aspects of the site are ready, these elements should be active by the end of the week.
