The ban was brought about for 2 counts of defacation at Houchins. Mr Kerin will be invited to attend the Bailiff meeting in September 2008 and apply to rejoin the Society, this may be rejected. |
| Mr Robert Wright, Banned from Matches | Mr Robert Wright has been banned from competing in any matches that the Society organise after leaving litter in and around his peg at Prestons Lake, Pebmarsh during the teams of 4 match in 2006. Mr Wright is not currently a member of the Society |
| Mr D Peck, Expelled, March 2006 | Mr. D Peck, of Springfield, has received a life ban from CAPS after being found on the Society's Bovington 2 water in possession of a firearm in contravention of General Rule 4.a). The Committee heard reports from a member and from its bailiff, and felt that the seriousness of the offence left them with no option but to impose the ban. They were unanimous in their decision |
